Cuisine- Fish is very common, particularly salmon and herring. Borscht soup is served everywhere Chicken and pasta is also plentiful and the salads have a large variety from garden to seafood and even mushroom. Sushi is everywhere in St P and the quality is good. Breakfasts are similar to North American with eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit, cereals, cheese, porridge and lots of fish and breads. You can even get cavia with breakfast.
