Entry Requirements- USA and Canadian citizens only require a passport valid for at least 90 days beyond your stay in Germany.

Cuisine- Very meat centered.  You'll encounter an abundance of pork, sausages, schnitzel, usually accompanied by soft pretzels, potato dumplings, and pickels.  Breads, rolls, and cheeses are very prevalent.  Hotels serve a European breakfast of sandwiches, as well as pretzels, rolls, fruit, cereal, and eggs.
