Entry Requirements- USA and Canadian citizens only require a passport valid for at least 90 days beyond your stay in Czech Republic. 

Other citizens should contact their area consulate or embassy.

Climate- Temperate, hot summers and cold winters with temperatures ranging from just below freezing to the upper eighties.

Language- Czech and Slovak are the official languages

Cuisine- Typical meals are meat centered.  Lots of pork and beef in cream sauce.  Fried cheese, potatos, cabbage, and dumplings are very common.  Rolls are usually served with every meal.  Expect a European breakfast: serving sandwiches, salad, beans, and some North American alternatives as well, such as eggs, toast, or pancakes.
